James Cross left the trucking industry where he owned his own business and saw the opportunity for New York style pizza here on the South Side. James is the connection to the Empire State, having grown up in Binghamton, N.Y., where he made friends with several pizzeria owners. It was there that he found out the key to the perfect dough and adding the perfect ingredients to make a beautiful pizza.
